This 12-week program is designed to take you on a step by step journey from self-sabotage to self-love! In order to create change where your unwanted eating behaviours are created in the first place, you need to change your thoughts! If you really want to overcome emotional and compulsive overeating for good, you need to go deeper then “figuring out the food”!
Each module incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to shift the thoughts that are keeping you stuck in the binge – and guilt cycle. Working though each phase and utilizing the tools provided to you for restructuring your thought patterns, your usual “triggers” will instead become an opportunity for insight! This consistency challenges the beliefs and behaviours associated to finally create the changes necessary to live and lead your best life! During this time we are to focus on progress, not perfection.
Although there is no specific “meal plan” during this program but rather a “mind-set detox”, establishing a healthier eating routine in which there is a lot of variety, satiety and nutrient density will assist in crowding out the typical “binge foods”. Those struggling with disordered eating habits will benefit initially from structured eating patterns.
